Famous Model and Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela turned 26 today and as the other Bollywood celebs, she celebrated her big day. We can’t deny the fact how the actress is active on social media to give her fans an insight into her daily life. From her dressing style to her eye-catching beauty, she has already raised the bar. Early Morning Exercise

Urvashi Rautela workout plan starts with an hour of running and jogging in the morning. She says that it feels so refreshing while running in the morning when the air is cool and fresh.

Yoga

Apart from the Gym, she indulges herself more in yoga. According to her, this is an anomalous activity that can help to get rid of diseases and maintain the perfect body. She performs various Yoga exercises and goes for proper yoga classes twice a week.

Diet Plan

Maintaining an ideal body needs an ideal diet plan too. She takes enough care of what she eats in a day for a perfect and healthy body.

Here are some tips from what she eats to keep herself fit:

  • Breakfast: Her breakfast plate includes three eggs with toast and a glass of milk or juice. Eggs are rich in proteins and other nutrients that are required for the body.
  • Lunch: Urvashi likes homemade food for lunch which includes chapattis and cooked vegetables.
  • Dinner: Her day ends with a light and easily digestible food. She prefers to take a bowl of soup or rice with dal.
